Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Bake

Are you feeding a large group of people breakfast or just want to have breakfast for dinner? Make his bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit bake and enjoy! You’ll love all of your breakfast favorites thrown in a casserole covered in cheese anytime of the day.

Make this casserole for your meal prep on Sunday night, cut it up, and eat it through the week. This is an easy, no hassle breakfast that you can pop into the microwave in the morning and eat in a pinch!

Tips for this recipe:

  • This recipe calls for about 11.5 ounces of canned biscuits. There are smaller packages of biscuits at the store so you can try to get two 7.5 ounce or the larger packages! Either way, just make sure you have enough biscuits in the bake!
  • If you prefer homemade biscuits, make your own! You can weigh out how much you need from your homemade dough or the equivalent of 15 biscuits.

Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Bake

Ingredients:

8 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon
11.5 ounces of canned buttermilk biscuits (15 biscuits in total)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Fry bacon. When bacon is done, chop into small pieces. Divide evenly into two bowls and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut up biscuits up into one inch chunks. Add half of the cooked bacon and biscuit chunks to egg mixture.
  5. Spray 9 x 13 with cooking spray and pour egg mixture into pan. Spread evenly.
  6. Put pan into the oven uncovered for 20 minutes.
  7. Combine shredded cheese with the last half of bacon.
  8. After 20 minutes, sprinkle bacon and cheese over bake and place back in oven for 10 minutes.
