Who doesn’t love a a garlic parmesan dish? Along with a casserole? This is an all American meal that hits the spot!

Pork chops without a bone are easier to eat and are perfect for this recipe. There is a time and place for bone in pork chops so look for our other recipes for more ideas!
Tips for this recipe:
- Every family has their own version of the green bean casserole. Ours is easy and customizable! Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce or a bit of milk depending on how you like your casserole.
- Sear the pork chops until they are golden but don’t overdo it! Remember, in the end you’ll put the pork chops in the oven to bring the internal temperature up to what it needs to be.

Ingredients:
| 6 boneless pork chops |
| Salt |
| Pepper |
| 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs |
| 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
| 1 teaspoon garlic powder |
| 2 eggs |
| 2 tablespoons butter |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, and garlic powder in a shallow dish. Dip pork chops in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat skillet over medium heat and add in butter. Sear pork chops on both sides until golden brown.
- Place in preheated oven for 5 – 10 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 140 F.
- Let rest for about 3 minutes before serving.
