Easy Crispy Chicken and Mashed Potato Casserole

Have you ever had KFC’s Famous Bowl? Or do you love mashed potatoes and gravy? Then you will definitely have to try this recipe. This five ingredient recipe is easy and a crowd pleaser.

Crispy chicken, corn, cheese, gravy, and mashed potatoes! How could you go wrong? This recipe could be easy or a labor of love. Since the recipe is so simple, you could pick up the all the ingredients pre-made at the store and throw it together!

Tips for this recipe:

  • We personally like making homemade mashed potatoes because they always turn out creamier. With that said, we picked up Tyson Fully Cooked Southern Style Chicken Breast Tenderloins and it was a delicious combination with our mashed potatoes. Pick your battles and make it yummy!
  • There was enough gravy to cover our 9×13 casserole, but if you love a gravy boat on the dinner table make extra! We enjoyed the proportions of our meal though a little extra is never bad.
